Developments at the All Electric site

Birmingham Properties Group who took over the development on the old All Electric Garage site after Chase Homes went into administration in July 2008 are pleased to confirm that the first phase is on target for build completion late summer 2009.

It is anticipated the first phase of 1 and 2 bed apartments will be released to the market in September 2009. The second phase of 2 and 3 bedroom town houses has recently received planning permission and will be completed in July 2010.
