Quinton Neighbourhoof Office Closure

Quinton Neighbourhood Office will be closed from Friday 19th June to Monday 6th July for a refit.

The refresh will provide a new office layout, redecoration, improved computer and telephony systems with innovations such as self-service terminals to allow customers to check in for appointments. There are also plans for better access to online council services through provision of customer computers. Telephone contact details will be unchanged and face-to-face contact will be continue to be available by appointment at Bartley Green and Edgbaston Neighbourhood Offices as well our outreach locations. We apologise for the inconvenience closure will cause but hope that old and new customers will appreciate the improvements when the office re-opens.
